This section sends the ministry news to the television and
radio. And producing programmmes for conferences and ministry
festivals and give other administrations a chance to reflect its
activities
Third : Technical section
Which care with photographic work and digital photos . prepair a
semi monthly magazine and archivizing the educational news from
the daily news paper and website
Director job:
To supervise the administration work
Make the monthly plan and follow up the monthly report from
the sections
Representing the ministry in the information council for the
federal ministries and states
Sending orders for the work(team sprit )
Checking the staff( social circumstances ) which can effect on
their out put
2. Public Relation Administration
The public relation serves the ministry goals and strengthen the
relation between the ministry and its staff .It work for
co-ordination between all the administrations serving the
ministry goals social and humanteriangoals . It work as the
dynamo . It is the ministry gate for every administration needs
informations about the ministry.
It reci ve and travel and answer and help and entertain give
speech and send greetings and good wishes.
Job description:
Public relation is one of the administrations of information and
public relation general administration it consists of many
sections which take the public relation jobs they are:
Public relation and commucation
Reception and ceremonies
Technical section
Public relation administration director:
Responsible about the administration and planning for the
relation job
Planning for the administration
Responsible from plan excussion all of it or partially
Evaluate the chief of his sections according to their efforts
Co-ordinate between the sections in his administration
Represent the ministry ceremonies and in the co-ordination
council for fedral ministries and states
Supervize his administration sections
He must carry the duties and job which sent to him from his
superiors
The public relation and communication job:
Take care of the ministry general appearance
Link the in and out society with the ministry policies
Knowing the staff cultural and educational needs and encourage
them to share in the social and educational activities
Preparation of conferences and festival
Share other administrations its programmes
Support the brotherhood sprit between the ministry staff
Lead the changes by helding assembly meetings attended by the
ministry leaders
Encourage the staff to well done their work and make full use
of the technology
Prepair especial social programmes for the staff
Carry out capacity building programmes for the public relation
administration
Prepair publicity means like: ( daires,watches,pens,as
souvenir by the name of the ministry)
Reception and ceremonies job:
Keep the respect of the ministry leaders and show their
prestige in their country by arranging their sitting in the
national programs which the ministry supervise it
Arrange the ceremonies which the minister and state minister
and the under secretary attend it s specially those programmmmes
executed by the ministry administrations
Follow up the programmes attended by the ministry leaders and
make sure for its successes
Arrange sitting and putting tags to the chairs
Hospitality and good behavior which reflect the bright face of
the ministry
Arrange the presidential reception
Show good behavior and the knowledge to others whom we deal
