The Secondary
School Certificate procedures in all centres of examinations
is considered one of the functions of the educational and
security authorities in the states.
Functions of the secondary education directorate in the state
and the managers of the secondary schools are :
1- Send the names of schools with students that will sit for the
exams, and identify any change in the school’s name.
2- Send the names of schools with no students will sit for the
exams.
3- Send statistics data and lists of the students who will sit
for the exam
clarifying their sections and their optional and compulsory
subjects .
4- Register the student’s names & subjects in the processed
forms
according to the principles.
5- Receive the exam fees and supplied it to the bank.
6- Handle the student’s list and portfolio of supply to the
admin.
7- Send a list of the exams centre in the state.
8- Select the head observers and their assistants and the
observers and
workers of the each centre in the state.
9- Receive the parcels of the questions and secure and guard it
with
coordination with the competent authorities in the state.
10- Secure and guard the exams centres with the competent
authorities in
the state.
11- Send back the parcels of the answer’s books at the end of
the exam..
12- Select the correctors according to the principles &
discipline and
send their list to the admin.
13- The secondary education directorate in the state receives
the results
of the exam. And handed it over to the secondary school managers
in
the state.
