(A) Using the
computer in the examinations procedture was first started in
the year 1993 for the following processing :
1- Keep names and data of the applicant students .
2- Index Numbers preparing.
3- Entering the obtained degree of the subjects for each
candidate.
4- Result issuing and the data and statistics concerns it every
year.
5- Keep and issuing the data and statistics concerns itof the
Secondary School Certificate every year.
6- Issue of the details and the certificates for the students.
(B) The building :
1- A building with special specification was built for the
admin. It contains a big hall used in the result process period
and for other important functions.
2- An additional buildings were established , which is used for
receiving applications for :
- The Secondary School Certificates .
- The equivalence of the foreign certificates.
- The documentation sign of the Sudanese certificates.
